Each business is responsible for its own menu content, prices, allergens, translations, contact details, legal notices and compliance with local laws.
SERVIRIS is not a restaurant, food seller, alcohol seller, medical adviser, nutrition adviser, legal adviser or public authority.
Disclaimers, liability limits and indemnities apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
English-only legal terms
These Terms are provided in English only. If any interface, support text, automatic translation or informal explanation appears in another language, the English Terms control.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between SERVIRIS ("SERVIRIS", "we", "us" or "our") and the person or legal entity accessing or using the services ("you", "your", "business", "customer" or "user").
If you use SERVIRIS on behalf of a company, venue, restaurant, cafe, bar, hotel or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You must not use the services if you do not accept these Terms or do not have that authority.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or use SERVIRIS for business purposes.
SERVIRIS provides technology tools for hospitality and service businesses. These may include digital menu management, QR menu publishing, products, categories, tags, allergens, translations, images, SEO fields, analytics, contact forms, APIs, blog content, booking/order/delivery-related pages or future services, Academy content and related features.
SERVIRIS may change, improve, suspend, limit or discontinue features at any time. Some features may be beta, experimental, planned, region-limited, paid, free for a period, dependent on third-party services or subject to additional terms.
Accuracy is your responsibility
You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate account, company, venue, billing, menu and contact information. SERVIRIS may perform checks, but cannot guarantee that every business detail is correct at all times.
You agree to provide truthful, complete and current information when using SERVIRIS. You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace settings, users invited to your workspace and all activity under your account.
If you enter an incorrect email address, phone number, business name, address, tax detail, website, social link or other contact field, SERVIRIS may rely on that information. Messages, confirmations, support replies or copies may be sent to the entered contact address, even if it belongs to another person.
SERVIRIS is not responsible for losses, claims, privacy complaints, missed messages, wrong recipients, reputational harm or business issues caused by incorrect, outdated, unauthorized or misleading information submitted by you or by someone using your account.
You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, publish, import, translate or manage through SERVIRIS. This includes menu items, categories, tags, allergens, ingredients, descriptions, prices, discounts, availability, currency settings, tax settings, images, logos, icons, colors, SEO fields, social metadata, QR settings and business pages.
You represent that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, permissions and releases for content you upload or publish. You must not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, advertising, food-information or other rights.
By uploading or configuring content, you grant SERVIRIS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, reproduce, adapt, transmit and technically modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, improve and support the services.
Critical allergen disclaimer
SERVIRIS is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or safety of allergen, ingredient, dietary, nutrition or food information entered or published by a business.
Food allergens, ingredients, dietary claims, nutrition statements, preparation notices, cross-contamination warnings and health-related information can affect customer safety. The business using SERVIRIS is solely responsible for entering, reviewing, verifying, translating, updating and legally presenting that information.
SERVIRIS may provide fields, icons, tags, translations, import tools, display layouts or checks that help organize allergen information. These tools do not verify recipes, suppliers, preparation methods, cross-contact risks or compliance with food law.
Customers and guests must confirm critical allergen, dietary and safety information directly with the business before ordering or consuming products. The business must train staff and maintain internal processes for accurate food information.
No alcohol seller role
SERVIRIS does not sell alcohol and does not verify the age, identity, license status or local-law compliance of every business, guest or transaction.
If a business lists alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, gambling-related services or any other age-restricted or regulated product, that business is solely responsible for complying with all local laws, licensing rules, advertising restrictions, age checks, delivery rules, staff procedures and recordkeeping requirements.
The business must ensure that age-restricted products are not sold, served, promoted or delivered to minors or other prohibited persons. SERVIRIS is not responsible for a business failing to verify age, comply with licensing requirements or follow local rules.
SERVIRIS is designed for international hospitality use, but laws differ by country, region, municipality, venue type and product type. Each business using SERVIRIS must comply with all laws that apply to its own operations.
SERVIRIS contact forms may include safeguards such as required fields, acceptance checkboxes, validation, honeypot spam checks, blacklist checks and logging. These safeguards reduce abuse but do not guarantee that every submitted name, company, email, phone number or message is accurate or authorized.
If a sender enters the wrong email address, a copy, confirmation or reply may be sent to that entered address. SERVIRIS is not responsible for wrong-recipient messages caused by incorrect information submitted by a user, visitor, bot, employee or third party.
A recipient who receives contact from SERVIRIS because someone used their email by mistake may use a removal or blacklist link where available or contact privacy@serviris.com or support@serviris.com. We may retain the email address or a hashed version of it in a suppression list to prevent future contact.
Your use of SERVIRIS is also subject to our Privacy Policy. You agree to comply with applicable data protection laws when using SERVIRIS, especially where you collect or publish information about customers, guests, staff, reservations, orders, forms, delivery, analytics or marketing.
Where you decide what personal data is collected from your customers or guests and why, you are responsible for providing privacy notices, obtaining consents, handling rights requests, configuring cookies or tracking legally and keeping your own records. SERVIRIS may act as a processor or service provider for some customer data, depending on the feature and agreement.
Prices, free periods, trials, subscriptions, payment features, taxes and third-party payment providers may vary by product, country and launch stage. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information, paying applicable fees and taxes, and complying with local tax, invoicing and accounting rules. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers under their own terms and privacy notices.
SERVIRIS may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, tag managers, payment processors, map providers, font/icon libraries, AI tools, translation tools, image tools, browser features or API providers.
Third-party services may change, fail, suspend access, apply limits, process data under their own terms or produce incorrect results. SERVIRIS is not responsible for third-party products, policies, outages, fees, data handling, errors or legal compliance except where applicable law says otherwise.
You must use SERVIRIS lawfully, responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes. You must not misuse the services or interfere with their security, availability or integrity.
We work to keep SERVIRIS reliable and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available services. Downtime, maintenance, third-party failures, network issues, security events, software bugs, data corruption or force majeure events may occur.
You are responsible for keeping your own operational records, menu records, legal records, business continuity processes and backups where appropriate. SERVIRIS may maintain backups for operational purposes, but backups are not guaranteed to restore every item, version, image, translation, setting or log.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. SERVIRIS disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, legal compliance and error-free operation.
SERVIRIS does not guarantee that menus, business profiles, company details, contact details, translations, allergen information, prices, images, SEO fields, analytics, AI-generated output, recommendations, checks or third-party data will always be accurate, complete, safe, compliant, current or suitable for your needs.
Maximum extent permitted by law
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, SERVIRIS liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVIRIS and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or similar damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, customers, opportunities or reputation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVIRIS is not liable for claims arising from business content, wrong company details, wrong contact details, wrong-recipient emails, user uploads, food information, allergens, alcohol or age-restricted products, local-law violations, translation errors, third-party services, downtime, data loss, customer disputes or misuse of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SERVIRIS total liability for all claims relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid to SERVIRIS for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing during that period.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SERVIRIS and its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents and suppliers from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or related to your use of the services.
We may suspend, limit or terminate access to SERVIRIS if we believe there is a breach of these Terms, non-payment, security risk, legal risk, abuse, fraud, harmful conduct, unlawful content, regulatory issue or operational need.
You may stop using the services at any time. Termination does not remove obligations that by their nature should survive, including payment obligations, content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, data retention rights and dispute terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Your continued use of SERVIRIS after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, except where mandatory consumer or local laws require otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact SERVIRIS and try to resolve the issue in good faith, unless urgent injunctive relief, regulatory action or applicable law requires otherwise.
